It has been a hugely busy Easter at Windsport this year.  The weather has been stunning with plenty of visitors making it down to Mylor Yacht Harbour and our centre to avail themselves of our many services.  Clearly Tuition has been busy with all manner of coaching taking place on the water and in the classroom.  As an RYA recognised centre we cater for dinghy, catamaran and power boat courses.busy easter

With boats parked with us for the Winter we have assisted many owners with their commissioning and launching just in time for the season.  This includes the Firebird Catamarans slowly going in  as well as the active Cornish Shrimper fleet going afloat too.  Our dinghy boat park is also beginning to fill up, although we never run out of space to fit anyone who is looking for the perfect location to store their boat and have it accessible to use at all states of the tide.

There also seems to be a constant stream of boat repairs in at the moment with club racing starting at Restronguet Sailing Club.  From Mirror sailing dinghies to B14s no jobs are too small.  The constant flow of orders from Catparts has included new boats in both the Dart 18 and Sprint15 and there has been plenty of activity in the used boat side of our business too.

The icing of the cake for our busy Easter came in the form of a new addition to the windsport family.  Alex enjoyed the arrival of his beautiful baby daughter Martha and we wish him and Amanda well on their journey together….
