Five Day Cat Clinic:

Our Five Day Cat Clinic is designed for those converting from dinghies, or those new to sailing. The course, led by our expert instructors, can accommodate up to eight people. It follows a five day programme, and at the end you should have enough experience to attain RYA Level 2. On the Monday, we start with an introduction to cats, including rigging and your first tack. Tuesday and Wednesday will see you refine your basic skills, which we will help you to master by the end of Wednesday. On the Thursday, we sail across to the beautiful St. Mawes, where you can enjoy the scenery, and relax with the group over dinner and a few drinks. On the return trip, we normally introduce more skills, including trapezing. Friday morning is spent racing, and in the afternoon we'll let you have a blast on the high performance kit if you like. The price for this excellent package is just £350, combining learning and a chance to take in the spectacular scenery.

Weekend Courses:

All Windsports' activities are available as Weekend Courses. Why not try something new with a group of your friends? Whatever the occasion, be it a birthday, stag (or hen) party, or simply a chance for you and your friends to relax, we can build a package to suit you. We'll take care of the details, including accommodation and design a package of activities so you'll have a great time! Personal Tuition:

If your time is limited, or you prefer a more personalised approach, Windsport can get you to RYA Level 2 with personal tuition. Personal tuition is available for any of our activities, including cats or dinghies. The personal tuition programme will take you only two days, to achieve competence in your chosen craft and RYA certification. We can offer personal tuition on a one-to-one basis, with you learning with your own experienced instructor. The cost of this package is £175. Alternatively, if two of you wish to learn under one instructor, we can offer a price of £120 each. Personal tuition offers you the chance to advance swiftly to a recognised qualification.

Land Yachting Taster Day:

Windsport operates on dry land too! Our Land Yachting Taster Days will introduce you to the excitement of this fast sport, for the price of £85 for the day. In the morning, we'll teach you the basics, showing you how to steer your craft over the land. In the afternoon, we'll either take you on to the advanced levels, or set up an exciting afternoon of racing. Either way, it'll be a day not easily forgotten! Call for details on scheduled days.

Five Day Dinghies Course:

Our Five Day Dinghies Course follows a similar pattern to the Five Day Cat Clinic. Again, led by two instructors, and for up to eight people, we'll guide you towards attaining RYA Level 2 for dinghies. The Monday will see you learn the basics, and take your first sail. Tuesday and Wednesday will see you refine your skills. As with the Cat Clinic, a trip to St. Mawes is included, giving you the chance to see the splendour of this beautiful little town, and enjoy a relaxing meal there. Friday will see you racing with your new-found friends, and we'll get the performance kit out for you in the afternoon. All this is included for the price of £350
